Open Water

The Atlantic City Pageant Swim was held in August and just in time for it’s 87th consecutive year. The tradition continued thanks to several Atlantic City lifeguards, the East Coast C-Cerpants Swim Club and the Middle Atlantic Open Water committee.  Meet Results are here

The Pageant prides itself on being the oldest continuous open water swim in the United States, dating back to 1929. The race has survived wars, depressions, and recessions. The race this year ran from Michigan Ave beach to Chelsea Ave beach, approximately 1 mile. Thank you again swimmers and volunteers that came out Saturday, August 27th to support this historical Atlantic City tradition!
