OME Helpful Hints
Entries will be processed through the USA Swimming website using OME (Online Meet Entry). Entry deadline is Monday, July 11, 2011 at 11:59 pm (EDT). OME will open for entries into this meet on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 http://www.usaswimming.org/ome
If you need to pay by check, please email the
meet director senior@maswim.org
after you go through the OME process. At the check-out screen,
please check the box that says "pay by check".
Entry times will be taken from the SWIMS Database. Custom times may be entered; however, all times not from SWIMS are subject to ‘proof’ prior to the meet. Coaches will be notified of the need to prove times. Swimmers will not be permitted to swim with un-proven times. Times must be entered in the proper course in which achieved; converted times will not be accepted. Times other than LC will be treated as ‘non-conforming’ and will be seeded according to USA Swimming procedures. Entries will not be considered accepted until entry fees are received.
TEAMS WITH
UNATTACHED OR UNREGISTERED ATHLETES: Teams may enter athletes with an
Unattached or Unregistered status. When building the roster in OME,
select the “Add Unattached/Unregistered Swimmer” link. Unregistered
swimmers must provide proof of registration
prior to the swimmers first event.
INDIVIDUAL UNATTACHED ATHLETES: Unattached athletes that are not
awaiting attachment to any team must enter individually. Access the OME
system at
http://www.usaswimming.org/ome log in and select “Enter
Individual.”
Payment for OME
is requested using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover; there
is an option to pay by check directly to Middle Atlantic Swimming.

Do NOT bring checks with you to the meet. If you are
paying by check, and email must be sent to
senior@maswim.org by
Monday, July 18 indicating your check number and
amount that was sent to the Middle Atlantic office. Your athletes
will NOT be permitted to swim without payment.
