Head Coach Coach – Radnor Aquatic Club Aquatic Club

The Radnor Aquatic Club (RAC), a parent-managed 501 (c)(3) organization located in Radnor, PA is accepting applications for the position of Head Swim Coach. RAC is a competitive, year-round swim club consisting of 200 plus USA registered swimmers, varying from beginning swimmers to swimmers that compete at Junior Olympics, Zones, Sectionals, Junior Nationals and Olympic Trials. RAC competes in both the Suburban Aquatic League (SAL) and USA Swimming. RAC currently trains at Radnor High School in a 6-lane, 25-yard pool from September through June. Head Coach – Lower Makefield Swim and Dive Team

The Lower Makefield Swim & Dive Team (LMT) is a competitive summer swimming and diving program which develops physical skills for children of all abilities, fosters positive social interactions, and instills a life-long appetite for exercise in our youth, in a fun-filled atmosphere. We have a core belief that the LMT Swim & Dive Team is preparing its youth to not only be members of a successful swim team, but responsible members of our society. Located in Yardley, PA. LMT is a member of the Lower Bucks Swim League (LBSL). Home to 350 swimmers ages 5-18, the team trains at the Lower Makefield Township Pool (8 lanes, 25 meters) located on Edgewood Rd in Yardley, PA. We are looking to fill the Head Coach position that would lead 2 teams as the team is divided into 2 sub-teams (A & B).

Part Time Assistant Swim Coach - Parkland Aquatic Club

PAAC, a USA Swimming level 3 club as well as a Silver Medal Club, located in Allentown, PA., is looking for “two” part-time age group coach positions for the 2011-2012 competitive year. These positions will report directly to the head coach. These positions will be within the age group program. Each position will have roughly 12-16 hours per week of on-deck coaching, coaching at meets on selected weekends and meet entry responsibilities. Job Description: We are looking for qualified applicants to apply for the newly created full-time position of Assistant Head Age Group Coach. The successful candidate will have a passion for swimming, a strong competitive spirit, and the ability to inspire confidence, motivate swimmers, and maintain a high level of team morale. The Assistant Head Age Group Coach will oversee the training and expansion of our Novice and Junior I training groups. S/he will work with the Head Coach and the Assistant Head Coach to help plan coordinated team training and competition schedule each season. S/he will also help oversee, educate, develop and evaluate the part-time coaching staff for these two groups. Finally, the Assistant Age Group Coach will play a significant role in the marketing of the club through the development and maintenance of an electronic parent newsletter and the club’s social media accounts. This position offers a dedicated coach an opportunity for tremendous development and growth on the local, regional, and national levels.
