The DEADLINE for 10 & under rooms, and parent rooms is Monday, March 24 at
12noon. Any room not guaranteed by that time will be released!!! The parent hotel, and hotel for our
9-10 swimmers is the Quality Inn. 531 Route 38 West. Maple Shade, New
Jersey. The phone number is (856) 235-6400. The room rate is $84
per night. Please let them know you are with the Middle Atlantic
Swimming block. No parents will be permitted to stay at the Team

| (3/12/03) Our MA Zone Team coaching staff will be selecting the team on Monday, March 17, 2003. If you are selected, you will receive a phone call by 8pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2003 |
| (3/12/03) There will be a meeting of all swimmers and parents that are selected for the 2003 MA Zone team on Sunday, March 23, 2003. This meeting will be held at the Upper Main Line YMCA. (Directions). Swimmers in the 13-14 and Senior age groups will meet from 10am-11am. Swimmers in the 9-10 and 11-12 age groups will meet from 11am-12 noon. The swimmers will be in the pool practicing with our zone coaches, and the parents will be meeting in the meeting rooms at the front of the YMCA. Parents will be given their child's equipment at this time. PARENTS, please be sure to bring a check with you made payable to Middle Atlantic Swimming to cover the cost of the "gear". Absolutely no equipment will be released without payment. If your child will be competing at Sectionals on this day, you may give your check to another parent that will be attending the Zone Team Meeting. We are looking for Chaperones. | (3/4/03) If you would like any of the times achieved from your High School meets to be used in the Zone database, I will need a complete meet back-up, and an e-mail from the USA swimming official responsible for the meet.
