2001 Summer Long Course Zones Hotel Information

If you wish to stay at the team hotel, please contact Ruthann Joyce (email preferred – irishmpj@aol.com or call 856/582-2444).  Please have the following information ready:

            1) Your name as it appears on your credit card

            2) Your credit card type (Visa, AmEx, MC, etc), number and expiration date

            3) Your e-mail address and telephone number with area code

4)    Dates you will need a room  (available 8/7 through 8/11)

Check in time for the hotel is 3:00 pm.  Check out is 12:00 noon.

We have blocks of rooms in two different hotels.  The first is $87.00 per night plus tax with no breakfast included.  This hotel will be booked first.  The second hotel is $119.00 per night plus tax with a breakfast included.  It is possible that we may not need to utilize the second, more expensive, hotel.  You will be given the hotel name and address at the time of your e-mail or call to Ruthann.  DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL!  YOU WILL NOT GET THE DISCOUNTED RATE IF YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION.

Cancellation information:  You may cancel your hotel reservation by calling Ruthann Joyce before Monday, July 30, 2001 at 5:00 pm.   For cancellations made after this date and time, you are responsible for contacting the hotel directly
